Party in the House! Today we had a "Poppin' Party" We had "pop", "pop tarts", "pop"sicles, lolli"pop"s, and "pop"corn.
And while we ate all the treats, we had a scavenger hunt of activities, thanks to Kelley at the Teacher Idea Factory.
Chalk Drawings:
Ask a friend to sign their name in bubble letters:
Eat snacks:
Draw a popsicle stick and make a picture for the person whose name is on the stick.
Pop bubble wrap:
Ask a reading superstar to read a poem:
Blow Bubbles:
Ummm....mystery activity...turn bubble wrap into apparel????
I usually do a really big end of the year thing....maybe next year. This turned out being really low key, but a lot of fun...especially the bubble wrap:-)
Here goes my clickable picture link attempt.....go see my friend Jenny at Owl Things First. She is really good at finding treasures that rock! But you have to use her button:-)
Let me know if it worked....onto tomorrow...
Happy Wednesday,

I love this idea!! The kids would have so much fun with a "pop" party. I may just have to add this to my last week of school fun!
