In my classroom, I am thankful for, our risers. Instead of using them for performing, we use them to allow more of us to sit in less space, whenever we meet at the carpet.
My brother is the person, I am most thankful for. He volunteers in class, goes on field trips, and does all kinds of projects for me!

love the risers in your classroom. what a good idea!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of having risers in your classroom too! I had never thought about that. I am also a big fan of young adult literature and it is actually pretty much all I read now, especially teaching 6th grade. That is also so neat that your brother is so involved in your classroom! I wish I had someone like that to help me! Happy Thanksgiving!

ReplyDeleteOur music room had to upgrade to risers that had the back bar across the back, for safety reasons:-) I volunteered to upcycle the old ones and I am pretty sure I ended up with the best part of the arrangement:-)
I love your blog. You have so many fun ideas! Definitely try the ice cream! Everything about Jimmy Fallon makes me smile:-)
I am also a huge fan of young adult fiction! I think it's a teacher thing! Head over to my blog to check out more book suggestions in my post. =)
