Thankful Linky Party

I am joining the Thankful Linky Party over at What the Teacher Wants and Oh Boy 3rd Grade

In my classroom, I am thankful for, our risers.  Instead of using them for performing, we use them to allow more of us to sit in less space, whenever we meet at the carpet. 

My brother is the person, I am most thankful for.  He volunteers in class, goes on field trips, and does all kinds of projects for me!
Teaching us about Groundhog's Day!
I am so thankful for the blogosphere!  It is as close to being in, and learning from, other classroom teachers as I can get.  The following are the three (of SOOO many) that I am grateful to.



 Guilty pleasure thanks go to......any young adult fiction
and.....Jimmy Fallon's ice cream!

    I love the idea of having risers in your classroom too! I had never thought about that. I am also a big fan of young adult literature and it is actually pretty much all I read now, especially teaching 6th grade. That is also so neat that your brother is so involved in your classroom! I wish I had someone like that to help me! Happy Thanksgiving!

    Kristin-
    Our music room had to upgrade to risers that had the back bar across the back, for safety reasons:-) I volunteered to upcycle the old ones and I am pretty sure I ended up with the best part of the arrangement:-)

    I love your blog. You have so many fun ideas! Definitely try the ice cream! Everything about Jimmy Fallon makes me smile:-)
