Odd, Even, and some American Symbols

I first found these on Pinterest, but they were pinned from The Teacher Wife.  We made our even street one day and then odd next.  This week we are going to add bicycles, tricycles, and four legged animals to work on skip counting.

We also worked on some introductory American symbol charts.  I put a picture of an American symbol on each paper.  Students wrote what the knew or wondered on the paper, and then rotated to the next poster.

I love it when they are so engaged!
